OUR SOLUTION
Makers fund Fees
We have made a simple choice: to be compensated primarily for our management work. Our fee structure is clear and detailed so that you know exactly what you are paying for and why.
Advertising communication. Before making any investment decisions, please consult the prospectus and the Key Information Document (KID) for the Makers fund AIF. Investing involves a risk of partial or total loss of invested capital and a risk of share illiquidity.
What does that actually change
0% subscription fee
No entry fees are charged for subscriptions. Other fees may apply and reduce investment performance.
Targets expressed net of fees
These objectives are indicative and not guaranteed. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
Full alignment
Our compensation model is indexed to management performance, not to the amount of your initial investment.

NET TARGETS
Our performance targets are expressed net of fees.
All performance targets we communicate (6% target annual distribution** and 10% target IRR* over 8 years) are calculated after deducting all management, structuring, and administrative fees.
The fees detailed below are not charged in addition: they are already factored into our projections.
OUR DIFFERENCE
Three principles, zero compromise
Three principles that guide our fee policy.
Investing in Makers fund involves a risk of partial or total loss of invested capital and a risk of illiquidity of the shares
+ Competitive
A model with no subscription fees, where all charges are detailed in the prospectus. More money goes toward acquiring financial securities, and less toward fees.
+ Transparent
All applicable fees and commissions are detailed below and in the prospectus, so you know exactly what you are paying and why.
+ Aligned
Some commissions are indexed to the fund's performance, aligning the interests of the management company with those of investors.

(on performance exceeding 10%)
This comparison table is provided for informational purposes only, based on our market analysis as of the date of publication. The Makers Fund fees shown represent maximum rates or ranges as stipulated in the fund documentation; these are charged by the management company and/or the fund depending on their nature and are fully detailed in the prospectus and the KID. Performance fees are only payable if the established performance threshold—which is not guaranteed—is actually exceeded. The fees indicated for SCPIs are non-exhaustive market averages that vary by individual vehicle. This comparison is not intended to suggest that lower fees guarantee better net performance for the investor. This table does not constitute personalized advice or a recommendation. Please consult a qualified financial advisor and refer to the Makers Fund prospectus and KID before making any investment decisions.

Frequently asked questions
Your questions about our fees
The Makers Fund fee structure does not include a separate subscription fee at the time of investment. However, this does not mean the investment is free of charges: other fees may apply in accordance with the prospectus, some of which are calculated based on the subscribed amount.
Two fees may be calculated based on the amount invested by the investor:
- Administrative fee: maximum 6% of the invested amount;
- Middle office fee: maximum 2% of the invested amount.
Other fees may also apply, including acquisition, disposal, monitoring or project management, structuring, or debt repayment fees, as well as, where applicable, a performance fee or early redemption charges. Detailed terms and conditions can be found in the prospectus and the KID/PRIIPs.
The applicable fees are detailed in the fund's regulatory documentation (prospectus, KID).
We are committed to transparency: you can review the nature of the fees, their levels, and what they cover before making any investment decision.
All applicable fees are described in the prospectus and the cost table of the PRIIPs Key Information Document, and are detailed on this page. This allows you to review the nature of each fee, its maximum level, the basis for its calculation, and what it covers before making any investment decision.
The fees are set out in the fund's regulatory documentation. Any possible modification would be subject to the procedures provided for in the ELTIF 2.0 framework and would require investors to be informed in advance. You won't be surprised by an unannounced fee increase.
